At Kori Whiskey, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our premium glassware and bar accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original Kori Whiskey gift box and protective shipping carton to ensure they arrive safely without damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned glassware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
